Millie is a Head Designer specialising in innovative, technical and sustainable product creation. She began her career at Tatler, Amanda Wakeley, DVF, and Lucas Hugh before studying Performance Sportswear Design.

In 2015, she joined Aday, where she progressed to Head of product to lead Design, sustainability, and Aday's Certified B Corp process.

With extensive experience in start-up growth, supplier sourcing, fabric innovation, creative direction, and end-to-end product development, Millie is passionate about creating timeless, functional designs that prioritise both people and the planet.

She has spoken at events including the NYC Fashion & Sustainability Summit, the Virtual Conscious Festival, and New York Women Social Entrepreneurs, focusing on sustainability, brand building, and conscious innovation.

Millie has lived in London, New York, and Cornwall. She now lives in Brighton with her family and dog Gigi.
